Mandip Gill - Director of Sales

Mandip Gill is the Director of Sales and Marketing at Northcrest Energy, bringing more than 25 years of experience in sales, business development, and relationship building.

He holds a Diploma in Electronics Engineering from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, giving him a strong technical foundation that complements his commercial experience. From 2004 to 2012, Mandip worked with Eaton Electrical, a Fortune 500 company, where he progressed from inside sales to leading the inside sales team. During this time, he worked closely with electrical contractors, distributors, engineers, and consultants, building a strong understanding of technical products and customer needs.

Throughout his career, Mandip has been recognized with numerous sales performance awards. His success is built on developing long-term relationships, understanding customer requirements, opening new markets, and bridging the gap between technical solutions and commercial objectives.

Mandip’s interest in battery energy storage comes from his belief in renewable energy and the opportunity to help businesses reduce their carbon footprint while transitioning toward more sustainable energy solutions.

Outside of work, Mandip has volunteered in his community for more than 20 years, including serving on the board of a local business association, supporting a hospital foundation, and coaching youth soccer.
